If you want to be op+ here are requirements
Moderator- Have to be advbuilder+, be nice, respectful, helpful, trustworthy
Operator- Must be trusted+, be very helpful, gotten some people on the server, and been awesome!
SuperOp- Must be op, have to be a very awesome operator, must be extremely helpful to others and the server, been on alot, is willing to do anything (reasonable) someone wants
Admin- Must be superop, have to apply and get approved by co-owners and owner and some of the more elder admins. Have to be the best superop ever!
